Head of Customer Success at Ai Palette

Shreerang Joshi has held various roles in the IT industry since 2003. Shreerang started their career as a Senior Consultant at Infosys Technologies Ltd. In 2010, they moved to Tech Mahindra as a Regional Sales & Account Manager. In 2013, they joined Skava as a Senior Account Manager and was responsible for account management and new business development. In 2018, they joined Icertis as Director - Customer Advocacy, APAC. In this role, they managed customers in India, MEA & APAC and was awarded the FORTE Club 2019 and 2021 for Outstanding Achievement - ARR and NRR Targets. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Ai Palette, where they are responsible for setting strategy for the Customer Success team, defining and driving customer success outcomes and processes.

Shreerang Joshi completed their MBA in Strategy & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2010. Shreerang obtained a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University between 1999 and 2003. Shreerang also attended Somalwar High School and Jr College.
