Sowmya V PMP, Prince2, ITIL has over 13 years of professional experience in project management, order management, and process associate roles.

In 2021, Sowmya began working as a Project Manager at Ai Palette.

Prior to that, in 2020, Sowmya worked as a Project Manager at IBM, leading and managing projects in support of the IT Infrastructure / Automation domain, working with different geography teams to deliver solutions to customers, and estimating initial project cost and schedule.

From 2012 to 2020, Sowmya worked at AT&T, first as a PMO Team Lead and then as a Project Manager, creating and managing a project plan to deliver projects, coordinating activities between the customer, sales, and other functional areas of the business, and measuring quote activity and sustain improvements.

In 2011, Sowmya worked as an Order Management Specialist 2 at Thomson Reuters, managing the order process for select products, entering orders into specialist permissioning or electronic fulfillment systems, and working with internal customers to ensure the order is fulfilled.

From 2008 to 2011, Sowmya worked as a Process Associate (Rebate Analyst) at HP, verifying discounts and promotions launched by HP on various products, verifying documents submitted by resellers to HP, and issuing Credit Notes in SAP to the Accounts or the resellers.

Sowmya V's education history includes completing a BBM from Bangalore University between 2005 and 2008, an Advanced Diploma in Management from ICFAI University between 2011 and 2012, and an MBA from ICFAI University between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they attended St.Joseph's Convent between 1993 and 2003.
