Siavash Sakhavi

Siavash Sakhavi has extensive experience in artificial intelligence and engineering, currently serving as the Assistant Head at AI Singapore since November 2020, leading the 100 Experiments program to address AI challenges in various industries. Previously, Siavash worked as a Senior Engineer and Lead Artificial Intelligence Scientist at KroniKare Pte Ltd from September 2017 to October 2020, where responsibilities included training computer vision models and overseeing product management. Earlier career highlights include a PhD at the Institute for Infocomm Research focused on deep learning for brain-computer interface systems, and a research engineer position at the Iranian Research Organization for Science and Technology, developing systems based on traditional medicine. Siavash holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore and has degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Electronics from prestigious Iranian institutions.
