Jim Monroe

Jim Monroe has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jim is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at AI SpaceFactory, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SPEE3D as a Senior Sales Director for the Department of Defense and East Coast from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they collaborated with various entities to support Ukraine's manufacturing needs.

From 2018 to 2023, Jim was an Advisory Consultant and also the Director of Additive Manufacturing for Aerospace & High Performance Applications at American Additive Manufacturing. Jim played a key role in delivering high-quality parts using additive manufacturing technology.

Before that, Jim was an Additive Manufacturing Expansion & Territory Manager at CADimensions, Inc. from 2014 to 2018. Jim excelled in building strategic relationships and identifying opportunities for organizations to leverage additive manufacturing technology. Jim also worked with regulatory bodies to certify equipment, materials, and operators.

Jim's earlier experience includes working as a Sales & Marketing Manager at Philadelphia magazine, where they successfully drove revenue and managed high-value marketing campaigns. Jim started their professional career in the United States Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer and Recruiter, gaining experience in leadership and 3D printing technology.

Jim Monroe obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from Widener University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Leadership & Management from The Wharton School in 2017, and in Aircraft Interiors Certification Solution as a Certified Operator & Instructor from Stratasys.
