Raz Alon

Raz Alon, PhD, is a seasoned professional in artificial intelligence and deep learning, currently serving as a Senior Deep Learning Engineer at AI21 Labs since September 2022. Prior to this role, Raz held the position of Director of AI at EverC from May 2021 to August 2022 and spent over five years at SparkBeyond in various leadership roles, including Global Director of Applied AI. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Data Researcher at PayPal from August 2012 to June 2015. Raz Alon earned a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, complemented by an MSc in Physics from the same institution and a BSc in Physics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
