Luis Salazar

Luis Salazar is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology and social innovation. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of AI4SP since January 2023, Luis focuses on creating and supporting inclusive AI solutions. As CEO and Board Member of Connect Sparks since July 2015, Luis provides advisory services in market strategy and data sciences. Co-founding Guardify in August 2018, Luis leads a cloud-based solution for digital video evidence management. Previously, at X4Impact, Luis co-founded an insights platform for social innovation and contributed to several tech social ventures at Giving Tech Labs, achieving multiple successful exits. Luis also co-founded Jobalign, which aids low-wage workers, and has held senior positions at Yahoo, GMI, and Microsoft over a remarkable career. Academically, Luis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and completed a Management & Business Program at IESA.
