Kent Cabrera

Kent Cabrera has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the General Manager of Talent, Insights & HR Systems at AIA Australia since May 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing Workday, people analytics, and HR leadership. Prior to AIA Australia, Kent held several key roles at Aesop, including Global Head of HR Optimization and HRIS Program Manager, successfully driving the global Workday implementation across 23 countries. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Alfred Health, The Royal Children's Hospital, Reliance Petroleum, Transport Accident Commission, and AAMI, where Kent developed and optimized HR processes, recruitment strategies, and systems across multiple organizations. Kent Cabrera possesses a Diploma in Project Management from NMIT.
