Peter Rigakos

Vice President, Sales at AIA Contract Documents

Peter Rigakos has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Peter started their career in 1995 as a Media Salesperson at Southam. In 1997, they joined Dodge Data & Analytics as a National Accounts Manager, where they successfully sold SaaS lead generation and marketing solutions to Canadian building product manufacturers. Peter developed and implemented a solution sales approach that was adopted by the entire organization.

In 2006, Rigakos joined ConstructConnect™ as the Director of Sales, Eastern Canada. Peter managed and coached media and data SaaS teams and oversaw the transition to a fully digital sales organization. Peter also worked with the editorial team to develop relevant content for advertisers and readers. Later, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing, Canada, leading Eastern Sales and National Marketing teams and supervising outbound and inbound marketing efforts.

From 2016 to 2021, Rigakos served as the Vice President of Sales - Canada at ConstructConnect™. Peter modernized the sales organization by introducing SaaS sales processes and real-time business intelligence. Peter successfully implemented the Predictable Revenue sales model, doubling the SaaS sales team's monthly recurring revenue without increasing the team size.

Currently, Rigakos holds the position of Vice President, Sales at AIA Contract Documents.

Peter Rigakos attended the University of Toronto from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree with a specialization in Commerce and Finance.
