Maulik Shah

Maulik Shah is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency across various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager at AIA Engineering Ltd, Maulik Shah oversees a treasury portfolio of INR 35 billion and manages Forex exposure of USD 350 million, while handling consolidated financials for two listed companies and nine foreign subsidiaries. Prior to this, Maulik Shah held various positions at Johnson Controls–Hitachi Air Conditioning, including General Manager, where responsibilities included leading the centralization of accounts payable and receivables processes and implementing Profit and Loss analysis to aid management decision-making. Maulik Shah's career began with a focus on financial management and compliance, including key roles in GST implementation and financial analysis, demonstrating a strong background in accounting and finance with credentials from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Master of Commerce degree from Gujarat University.
