Abdul Hadi Abdul Apet

Abdul Hadi Abdul Apet has extensive experience in the financial services and training sectors, currently serving as Principal of Agency Business Development and Senior Director of Agency (Shariah Solutions) at AIA since February 2017. Previously, Abdul Hadi held prominent roles as a Senior Trainer at Maybank from June 2010 to January 2017, where more than 70 batches of Customer Service and Telemarketing Executives were trained, in addition to mentoring team leaders and trainers. Prior experience includes positions as a Trainer at Public Mutual Berhad, Customer Service & Trainer at RHB Bank, and Instructional Designer at Content Solutions Sdn Bhd. Abdul Hadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia and graduated from the Royal Military College.
