Lancelot Lui

Lancelot Lui is an experienced professional in management reporting, planning, and project management with a strong track record of delivering improvements in processes and user experiences. Currently serving as Senior Manager at AIA, Lancelot leads initiatives in major project approvals, develops PowerBI dashboards for stakeholder reporting, and manages financial and resourcing for IFRS9 and IFRS17 implementations across multiple countries. Previously at Telstra, Lancelot held various roles, including Senior Integration Project Manager, where notable achievements included aligning accountability in the Procure to Pay process and managing significant integration and rationalization projects across regions.
