Penny Xu is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational consulting, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Talent Development at AIA since July 2024. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Applied Statistics from Victoria University of Wellington and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Massey University.
