Jason Martin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer strategy, marketing, and telecommunications engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director Customer Strategy & Marketing at AIA Malaysia since June 2021, Jason previously held the position of Customer Experience Senior Manager at Lazada and was the Head of Customer Experience Intrinsic Performance at Celcom Axiata Berhad. Jason's early career includes significant roles at Maxis, Huawei, DiGi Telecommunications, and Comintel Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities ranged from customer insights and analytics to RF optimization and project management. Jason holds a B.Eng(Hons) degree in Electrical & Electronics, specializing in Telecommunications Engineering from Nottingham Trent University.
