Steven Leong

Steven Leong is an experienced Business System Analyst Consultant at AIA Malaysia, where responsibilities include leading a team of Business Analysts in the Next Generation Agency Tribe and overseeing key marketing projects. With a strong focus on data requirements assessment, data model definition, and collaboration with agency business users, Steven ensures alignment of functional design specifications and user stories within an Agile Scrumban framework.
