Arlene B. Validad

Ma. Arlene B. Validad serves as the Associate Director of Customer Experience Design at AIA Philippines, a role held since June 2013, where responsibilities include designing and enhancing the customer experience through design thinking methodologies. Previously, Ma. Arlene held various leadership positions focusing on operations, business quality, and architecture, effectively leading process improvements and implementing business strategies. Prior experience includes significant roles at Deutsche Bank, where oversight of risk and control was paramount, and at The Philippine American Life and General Insurance Company, where Ma. Arlene led process management and business reengineering initiatives. Ma. Arlene possesses an MBA from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas.
