Shawna Kong

Shawna Kong began their work experience in 2012 as an IRIS Consultant at TMG - Madison, WI, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Public Consulting Group as a Certification Specialist until 2019. Shawna then joined Public Partnerships | PPL in 2020, starting as an Enrollment Specialist until 2022. Shawna went on to become a Quality Improvement Analyst from 2022 to 2023 before assuming their current role as a User Design Analyst.

Shawna Kong began their education at Gogebic Community College, where they obtained an associate's degree in Administrative studies in 2004. More recently, they enrolled at Herzing University, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health and Human Services.
