Kidsaim Perez, PCQI, is a seasoned food safety professional with extensive experience in quality control and food safety management across various industries. Currently serving as a Food Safety Professional at AIB International, Inc. since October 2021, Kidsaim specializes in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and pest control practices within food and beverage manufacturing.
