Joffre Jatem

Joffre Jatem is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project execution and management, currently serving as VP of Engineering Methodology and Technology in Modifications and Yard at Aibel since July 2009. Previous roles at Aibel include Project Execution Processes Manager, Engineering Manager, and Principal Engineer, where responsibilities involved overseeing engineering processes, ensuring compliance, and managing teams across various disciplines for major projects such as Statoil’s Statfjord and Draupner Platforms. Earlier experience includes positions at WorleyParsons as an Electrical Designer, Aibel as an Instrument Engineer, and Empresas Y&V as a Project Engineer, along with a significant tenure at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. as an Instrumentation Leader. Joffre Jatem holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana.
