Leeann Chew

Leeann Chew has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at Aibel Pte Ltd in Singapore since February 2010. In this role, Leeann leads a lean team responsible for a comprehensive range of HR functions, including recruitment, global mobility, total rewards, payroll administration, taxes, and policy-making. Previously, Leeann worked as a Senior HR Manager at Mediacorp Pte Ltd, where support was provided to BU heads and line managers across various business units in addressing HR challenges. Earlier career experience includes serving as the Senior HR and Admin Manager at E-Book Systems Pte Ltd, where the establishment of the HR department and leadership of HR teams in multiple locations were key achievements. Leeann Chew holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of London.
