Christy Tjahjadi

Christy Tjahjadi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and management. Currently serving as the Country Human Resources Manager at ASUS since April 2023, Christy previously held roles at PasarPolis Indonesia as People Operations Manager and at Grab as People Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at Fast Retailing as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Assistant, and at IDP Education Ltd as Assistant Manager of Human Resources. Christy possesses expertise in recruitment, employee branding, compensation and benefits, and cultural engagement, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung.
