Sohaib Iftikhar has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 2006 as Deputy Manager of Training & Development at TRG - The Resource Group. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an HR Specialist at Dubai South, where they successfully revamped strategies and redesigned SOPs. In 2013, Sohaib joined KBR, Inc. as an HR Payroll Specialist, managing payroll for multiple regions and achieving a good track record in court cases. Since 2016, they have been working at GRADE Refrigeration, initially as a Sr. Human Resource Executive and currently as the Head of Human Resources. In this role, Sohaib is responsible for various HR functions across multiple countries of business, making significant management decisions for employee and employer well-being. SOHAIB advises senior management on organizational and management issues related to HR.
So far, Sohaib Iftikhar has obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Human Resources Management from an unspecified university. Additionally, in November 2019, Sohaib obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Currently, Sohaib is pursuing CIPD qualifications and is expected to complete a Level 5 Diploma in People Management between 2022 and 2023.
