Jishna Joshi

Jishna Joshi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jishna started their career in 2006 as an IT Recruiter at AMS and worked there until 2007. Following that, they joined Byzan Systems Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager and worked there for six years, until 2013.

In 2014, Jishna joined C Ahead Info Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager and worked there until 2015. After a brief gap, they joined C Ahead Digital in 2022 as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources and held this position until 2023.

Most recently, Jishna joined AICL Communications in 2023 as an Associate Vice President of People Experience & Administration. Jishna is currently serving in this role. Their experience in various aspects of human resources and administration showcases their expertise in these areas.

Jishna Joshi started their education at St.Annes Girls High School from 1987 to 1996. Jishna then attended Carmelite Convent from 1997 to 2000. Following that, they pursued a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) at the University of Mumbai from 2001 to 2003. Jishna further continued their education at Mumbai University, where they completed a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from 2003 to 2006. Lastly, Jishna Joshi earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Sikkim University, Gangtok.
