Sushant Bahukhandi, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles.

Sushant began their career at Mother Dairy Fruit & Vegetable Pvt. Ltd., where they started as a Management Trainee and then progressed to become an Asst. Manager- Institutional Sales. In this role, they handled the institutional milk business for Delhi & NCR and Mumbai, managing key accounts, modern retail formats, and alternate channels.

After that, Sushant worked at Reuters Market Light as a Manager - Channel Development, where they were responsible for handling RMLdirect and myRML. Sushant established productive relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and worked with clients such as IDBI, BOI, BOB, AKRSPI, SRTT, Punjab Markfed, and others.

Sushant then joined Super-Max as a Manager- Channel Development, reporting to the CEO- India. In this position, Sushant handled Pan-India Trade Marketing initiatives, including planning and executing trade marketing activities, designing and implementing channel loyalty programs, and brand activation. Sushant conceptualized, designed, and implemented the Unnati channel loyalty program.

Sushant gained further experience at various companies as a fieldwork intern, including RPG Enterprises, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Firestar Diamond Group, and Alkem Laboratories Ltd. These internships allowed him to work on projects related to HR, employee onboarding, recruitment, and designing new employee engagement plans.

In 2017, Sushant had an HR internship at Intel Corporation, where they worked with a virtual team spread across Asia Pacific and Japan. Their projects involved streamlining HR processes, conducting attrition analysis, and preparing a BHR handbook.

From 2018 to 2022, Sushant served as a Sr. Manager HR at Unipath Specialty Laboratory Limited - India. Sushant reported to the CEO and was responsible for designing, implementing, administering, interpreting, and benchmarking corporate policies. In addition, they worked as an HR business partner, supporting business managers in day-to-day operations, improving workforce capability, organizational design, and providing change leadership.

Currently, Sushant is serving as the Vice President- People Experience and Administration at AICL Communications, a position they have held since January 2023.

Sushant Bahukhandi, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in MA English from EFLU Hyderabad in 2007. Following that, they pursued a PGDM (RM) in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) between 2007 and 2009. In 2016, Sushant furthered their education and completed a Master's degree, M.A. in HRM, from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Additionally, in February 2022, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
