Deisy Alexandra Ballen Rincon is a professional with extensive experience in budgeting and project management within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Presupuestos at Corporación AICSA since March 2022, Deisy previously held positions as Responsable de Licitaciones at ACR Grupo and as Coordinadora de Presupuestos at Arquitectura e Interiores from September 2017 to February 2022. Earlier career experience includes a role as Coordinadora de Ofertas y Presupuestos at Constructora Conconcreto from September 2016 to September 2017.
