Michael Nikitin

Michael Nikitin has an extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Michael co-founded AIDA by Health Care Solutions Inc in 2017, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. Michael built the technology infrastructure for the company, including the flagship product AIDA, and managed all technical resources. Michael also created an Information Security and Risk Management Program using HITRUST Common Security Framework.

In 2011, Michael co-founded Itirra, a product development startup focused on modern application development. Michael successfully shipped 5 fitness applications for Android with high ratings and downloads.

Michael served as an advisor at Datafi Labs in 2019 and Asha AI in 2020, providing their expertise in technology and strategy.

From 2015 to 2017, they worked at ADURO, Inc as the Interim CTO and Director of Product and Technology. Michael led the technology group, delivering self-management tools for clients that revolutionized user participation in healthcare and wellness.

Before Microsoft, Michael worked as a Program Manager at RealNetworks, where they owned the Business Intelligence part of the Unifi platform and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Product Manager at Extended Results, Inc, leading the development of a flagship BI solution.

In 2007, Michael worked as a Technical Program Manager II at Microsoft(Volt), and in 2006, they served as the Director of Product Development and IT at My Eldorado, where they managed the development of a multi-level membership system and e-commerce solution.

Michael Nikitin has an extensive educational background. Michael obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from North Seattle College, attending from 2000 to 2002. Their undergraduate education involved studying at Far Eastern National University from 1996 to 1999, where they achieved a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry and a minor in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal degrees, Michael Nikitin has also acquired additional certifications. Michael became a certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance in September 2015. Furthermore, they obtained a Project+ certification from CompTIA in January 2009.
