Hesham Aboul-Fetouh

Hesham Aboul-Fetouh is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software engineering and customer support, currently serving as a Freediving Instructor at AIDA International since February 2019. In addition to freelancing as a Software Engineer and Support Engineer since July 2011, past roles include Customer Support Engineer at Aurea Software, where complex technical issues were addressed within an international team, and CRM Analyst at Vodafone Egypt, providing insights into CRM processes. Aboul-Fetouh also held positions as Application Support Engineer at Vodafone Egypt and ASSET Technology Group, and as Application Support System Analyst at Etisalat Misr, gaining valuable experience in the telecom industry.
