Florent Roch

Florent Roch is a seasoned culinary professional with a diverse background, currently serving as the founder of Gesto∴rante and Chef Rational at RATIONAL AG since October 2023. With extensive experience, Florent has held positions such as administrator for the Asociación de Cocineros de Aragón and ambassador for The Burnt Chef Project, while also owning Casa Rural "La Rinconada." Prior roles include senior partner at AIDABE and various cooking leadership positions, including chef at Restaurante Güenismo and Hotel Palacio la Marquesa. In addition to practical experience, Florent is pursuing a degree in Economic and Business Sciences at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia and has completed multiple culinary certifications, including a Master’s in Restaurant Management and Innovation. Florent's educational credentials are complemented by specialized training in nutritional cooking and professional chef certifications.
