Iñaki Echeveste

Iñaki Echeveste is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of the Seville Hospitality Management School (ESHS) and Director of Institutional Relations at Grupo Lezama since June 2015. Additionally, Iñaki has held leadership roles as Vice-President of Academia Andaluza de Gastronomía y Turismo and Secretary-General of Eurhodip since December and November 2020, respectively. Iñaki serves as a Counselor of the Social Council at Universidad Pablo de Olavide starting May 2023 and as a Corresponding Academician at Academia Aragonesa de Gastronomía since June 2024. Other positions include Trustee at Luis Lezama -IDEHS foundation and Associate at AIDABE. Previously, Iñaki worked as Corporate Relations Manager at EAE Business School and in a Rooms Division and F&B role at AccorHotels. Iñaki holds several degrees, including a Bachelor's in Hotel Management from Universidad San Jorge and various postgraduate qualifications in fields such as revenue management, events management, and business administration. Currently, Iñaki is pursuing a Master's in Company Management of Agrofood Industry at Escuela Superior de Hostelería de Sevilla.
