Javier Martinez Garcia is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in high-profile establishments. Currently serving as Jefe de partida at Hotel Petunia Ibiza since April 2024, Javier is responsible for the hotel's gastronomic restaurant. Previously, Javier held the same title at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and Palocortado Meloneras, and gained additional experience as a cocinero in various roles, including events for Catering Aspic and show cooking at the Fira de Barcelona. Javier has a Master’s degree in Hotel Management from Ostelea and advanced culinary training from ESHOB, complemented by several specialized courses in Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques. In addition, Javier contributes as a member of AIDABE, enhancing professional networks in the food and beverage sector.
