Kevin Gatling

Kevin Gatling has extensive experience at Danone since July 2011, currently serving as Head of IPRO - First Diet Europe for baby food brands, overseeing product innovation, renovation, and productivity. Previous roles include Europe IPRO Operations Projects Manager, focusing on material productivity across all Danone brands, and SN EU Material Planning Manager, where responsibility encompassed Upstream Supply and inventory optimization for factories in Europe and China. Additional positions held in the Waters Division include Head of Customer Collaboration UKIR, Supply Chain Coordination Manager, and various supply, demand, and inventory roles. Kevin Gatling began at Danone as a Key Account Handler in 2009, and academic qualifications include a New Gen Leaders Program completion at ESSEC Business School in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from Aston University in 2011.
