Manuel Lopez

Manuel Lopez has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, holding various positions since 2003. Currently, Manuel serves as an Asociado at AIDABE since July 2021 and as the Propietario of LOLITA BALI, also since January 2021. Additionally, Manuel is the Director General at Mercado Boanerges since January 2019. Prior roles include Food and Beverage Director at Meliá Hotels International, and similar positions at Grupo Lezama and NH Hotel Group. Earlier in the career, Manuel held managerial roles at Hesperia Tower Hotel & Convention Center, Accor, and Hilton. Manuel's educational background includes a degree in Hotel Management from Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
