David Goldsmith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David is currently the Founder and CEO of youB, Inc., a social platform focused on environmental and social responsibility. Prior to this, they were involved with Aidance Scientific, Inc., where they served as Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor. At Aidance, they played a key role in various areas of the company and was instrumental in the development and distribution of their OTC topical medications.

David also co-founded Abacus Health Products in 2014, where they held the position of Co-Founder and Strategic In-fielder. David was involved in multiple aspects of the business, including strategy, business development, marketing, and legal and regulatory affairs. Abacus Health Products was subsequently acquired by Charlotte's Web in 2020.

In addition, David co-founded RI Bio (formerly known as MedMates), a life sciences industry group dedicated to fostering collaboration and growth in southeastern New England. David served as Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of RI Bio.

David's past experience also includes launching Aspiera Medical as a subsidiary of Aidance Scientific, focusing on wound healing technologies. David was the Co-Founder and former Managing Director of Aspiera and later transitioned to a strategic advisory role.

Before their involvement with Aidance, David co-founded Aidance Medical Diagnostics, where they raised capital and directed research strategy for the development of a novel cervical cancer screening process.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, David was the President of Goldsmith & Company (later known as Soul Strategy Inc.), providing business development strategy and operational assessment services to various clients across different industries. David also worked as a Senior Account Executive at Fern Hanaway Inc, specializing in business development for high technology clients.

David's early career involved working as a Research Associate at Brown University, conducting original field research in environmental archaeology. Their research focused on predicting patterns and timing of wetland succession in New England based on data collected from wetlands.

David Goldsmith attended Dean College from 1970 to 1972, where they obtained an A.S. degree in Psychology. David later enrolled in Campus-Free College, which was later renamed Beacon College, from 1976 to 1978. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Sciences and Education. In addition to their academic qualifications, David obtained a certification as an ISO-9000 Examiner in August 1992. The institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
