Nadia Swarts

Nadia Swarts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Learning & Development and Diversity Equity & Inclusion Specialist at Ford Motor Company since April 2020, Nadia also holds the position of Project Manager at AIDC since June 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating the Ford Production System among suppliers and coaching them on continuous improvement. Prior to these roles, Nadia spent several years at Ford Motor Company in various capacities, including Manufacturing Training Lead and Human Resources Generalist, leading training initiatives and managing human resource functions. As the owner of Blac Events and Catering since September 2010, Nadia has also demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa, a National Certificate in ETDP practices from Learnfast Academy, and an Executive Development Certification in Business Development from Stellenbosch University.
