Sara Guaglio is a co-founder and serves as COO and CFO at FUL Foods since February 2020. Additionally, Sara is a member of AIDDA, promoting women executives, since 2016. An MBA candidate at INSEAD from January to December 2019, Sara won the 39th INSEAD Venture Competition with FUL and was the president of the Innovation and Design Club. Previous experience includes roles as a board member, financial controller, intellectual property manager, and marketing and communication manager at GIA SPA from June 2009 to October 2018, as well as marketing coordinator at Altecnic and marketing assistant at Caleffi Hydronic Solutions. Sara holds a Master's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano and attended Columbia University in 2008.
