Shyama Verma

Shyama Verma is an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong background in software engineering. Currently at Aidi since April 2022, Shyama designed and executed test plans achieving comprehensive coverage of requirements for successful releases. Previously at Unito, Shyama attained 100% user satisfaction and significantly reduced defects through meticulous manual testing. While at IdeApps Innovation, Shyama improved testing accuracy, decreasing production defects by 80%, and at Sun-Soft Technologies, contributed to the development of detailed test scripts and plans. Shyama holds a Master of Engineering in Software Engineering from Concordia University and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev University.
