Matt Yardeni

Matt Yardeni has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Matt is currently the US Talent Acquisition Lead at Aidoc since October 2022. Prior to this, they were the Head of US Recruitment at Riskified from June 2019 to October 2022. Matt also served as the Head of Talent at Behavox from October 2018 to June 2019. Before that, they held the position of Director of Recruiting at Newsela from October 2015 to September 2018, and at Amplify Education, Inc. from August 2012 to September 2015. Matt has also worked as a Freelance Senior Digital Talent Manager at mcgarrybowen from March 2012 to August 2012, and as a Freelance Recruiter at HNW from December 2011 to February 2012. Matt gained experience as the Vice President of Staffing at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch from September 2009 to November 2011, and as a Recruiting Partner at The Working Dog from March 2009 to September 2009. Matt started their career as a Lead Recruiter at Razorfish from June 2008 to March 2009.

Matt Yardeni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from American University. Prior to that, they obtained a high school diploma from Dobbs Ferry High School. Additionally, Matt has earned a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from New York University in 2021.
