Paula Dillard

Paula Dillard has extensive experience in the field of social work and community outreach, currently serving as an Associate at Amazon since September 2021. Paula has been a Certified Recovery Support Specialist with AIDS Alabama Inc since July 2019 and previously held the role of Certified Recovery Peer Support Specialist at the Recovery Organization of Support Specialists (ROSS) from July 2018 to July 2019, providing support and treatment options for individuals and families facing substance use disorders. Prior to this, Paula worked as an Office Assistant at Jefferson State Community College from March 2015 to July 2019 and briefly served as an Assistant Counselor at Bradford Health Services. Academically, Paula earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical/Medical Social Work and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham between 2018 and 2021, as well as attending Jefferson State Community College from 2015 to 2017.
