Linnea Conely

Linnea Conely is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce development and instructional design. Currently serving as the Curriculum Development Team Leader at AIDT since December 2018, Linnea focuses on creating workforce development solutions for Alabama’s businesses and citizens. Additionally, Linnea is the CEO and founder of Questia Corps, a social impact consulting firm dedicated to fostering community collaboration and measurable change. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at SummaSource at Auburn Montgomery, specializing in organizational development and collective impact, as well as multiple senior instructional design positions at IBM and Novologic, Inc. Linnea holds a PhD in Adult Education from Auburn University and has furthered education with degrees in Liberal Arts, City and Regional Planning, Instructional Technology, and Geography from various institutions.
