Anisa Tasnim started their work experience in 2016 as a Market Researcher at Forum Research. In this role, they conducted market research by issuing surveys and questionnaires to participants. Anisa collected and analyzed responses using business computer applications.
In 2018, Anisa joined Tim Hortons as a Team Member. Anisa worked at the counter, serving coffee, beverages, pastries, and meals. Anisa also provided excellent customer service and learned to handle customer complaints, multitask, work in a team, and communicate effectively.
That same year, they also became a Peer Leader and a Student Ambassador at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. As a Peer Leader, they supported first-year students in their transition to university by providing guidance and resources. As a Student Ambassador, they represented their university and engaged with prospective students.
In 2019, Anisa became a Finance Associate at AIESEC Canada before being promoted to Vice President of Talent Management in January 2020.
Anisa Tasnim completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) - BCom degree in Finance from Ontario Tech University. Anisa attended Ontario Tech University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied at SATEC @ W.A. PORTER C.I. from 2013 to 2017, but no specific degree or field of study information is provided for that period. Anisa Tasnim also obtained the "BMC's Core Concepts Certificate of Completion" from Bloomberg LP in March 2020 and the "First Aid and CPR-A" certification from Red Cross Youth in 2013.
