Juan Ospina

Juan Ospina's work experience includes positions at AIESEC en Colombia, AIESEC in Colombia, hp, and AIESEC in ECI. At AIESEC en Colombia, they served as the Country Director of Business Development, responsible for developing the national business development strategy and connecting young people with organizations for leadership development opportunities. Juan also held the role of Country Marketing Manager at the same company. At AIESEC in Colombia, Juan was a Leader for the B2C Entity Support Team. At hp, they worked as a Commercial Support Intern, managing sales, inventory, and product information. Lastly, at AIESEC in ECI, Juan worked as a Branch Manager, both in the areas of general management and marketing.

From 2017 to 2022, Juan attended Universidad El Bosque and obtained a degree in Formación Profesional de Grado Superior with a specialization in Negocios internacionales.

In 2021, they participated in a workshop on Técnicas de mejora personal y profesional titled "Taller de felicidad como ventaja competitiva personal y profesional" at Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

Also in 2021, Juan pursued a Diplomatura en Simulación Gerencial con Énfasis en Responsabilidad Social, focusing on Gestion de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general, from Universidad El Bosque.

In 2020, they completed a course on Marketing Fundamentals named "Curso Fundamentos de Marketing Digital" at The Open University.

In 2019, Juan enrolled in edX and completed several courses in Economía del desarrollo y desarrollo internacional. These courses include "Curso Realidad Macroeconómica Latinoamericana," "Curso Inversión Extranjera como Motor del Desarrollo para América Latina y el Caribe," and "Curso Nuevas Tendencias en los Tratados Comerciales."

In terms of additional certifications, Juan became a Facilitador through AIESEC en Colombia in August 2023. Juan also earned a Diplomado Simulación Gerencial y Liderazgo Organizacional from Universidad El Bosque in February 2022.
