Alia' Al-Wir

Alia' Al-Wir is the head of business development at AIESEC in Austria. Alia' has been with the company for 1 year and 10 months, and in that time, they have held various positions, including local committee president, national sales manager, and team leader for outgoing global exchange. In their current role, they are responsible for leading the AIESEC in Vienna UV, ensuring high quality experiences to members and customers, coordinating the committee and its projects, implementing national and international strategy, creating strategy for AIESEC in Vienna UV, and facilitating local and national meetings and conferences. Prior to joining AIESEC in Austria, Alia' was a student intern at SADAQA NGO - Towards a Family Friendly Work Environment, where they researched on women's economic empowerment in Jordan and assisted in writing the national shadow report for the Universal Periodic Review, to be submitted to the Human Rights Council. Alia' also has experience as a national basketball player for the Jordanian Basketball Federation.

Each of these colleagues has a different focus within the company, but they all work together to help Alia' Al-Wir with their responsibilities in Business Development.
