Shayna Seraphine Sudradjat

Shayna Seraphine Sudradjat is an Industrial Engineering student at BINUS University, actively involved in various leadership and educational roles. Currently serving as the Staff of Quality Assurance Outgoing Exchange at AIESEC in Indonesia, Shayna manages a team of volunteers for the Global Volunteer program. As the Head of Academic Division at HIMTRI BINUS, Shayna leads a ten-member team in overseeing academic activities and tutoring sessions for Industrial Engineering students. Additionally, Shayna has experience in project management and event coordination, having organized events such as IISMA Talk and managed logistics for student gatherings. Prior roles include assisting with laboratory courses at BINUS University and contributing to media development at IISE BINUS University Chapter #716.
