Farne Jian Ira O.

Farne Jian Ira O. currently serves as the Operation VP Branch Manager (Talent Management) at AIESEC in Singapore, where responsibilities include leadership, data analysis, and strategy development. Previously, Farne held roles as Operation Executive focused on outgoing global exchange initiatives and as Operation Associate specializing in event planning and management.
