Sean Lim

Sean Lim serves as the Student Community Manager (HR & Events) and Teaching Assistant for Prof. Tracy Loh at Singapore Management University since June 2024. Additionally, Sean holds the position of Business Development Manager at AIESEC in Singapore, leading a team of six in sourcing partnerships for international candidates. Experienced in various roles within AIESEC, Sean also has a background in human resources, having worked as Finance & Legalities Associate and performed risk assessments. Prior experiences include recruitment and employment screening roles at Tatsu Works and eeCheck, respectively, as well as administrative support at StarMed Specialist Centre. Sean's earlier roles include internships in human resources at Prudential and brand ambassador work for Fitbit, alongside video production and web writing for OSIM and Createsoftgroup. Sean is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management at Singapore Management University, having previously earned a High School Diploma in Mass Communication from Temasek Polytechnic.
