Nurasha Samarasingha started their work experience in 2023 as the Organizing committee vice president of Finance for the ELEVATE Leadership Development program at AIESEC Sri Lanka. In 2024, they joined INSEE Cement as a Finance Trainee.

Nurasha Samarasingha is currently pursuing a Bsc(honours) in Accounting and Finance at the University of Plymouth, a degree program that will span from 2021 to 2024. They are also concurrently studying Accounting and Finance at NSBM Green University, specializing in Accounting, from 2021 to 2024. In 2019 to 2020, Nurasha attended AAT Sri Lanka, where they focused on Business. They have future plans to study at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and have an interest in International Finance, which they will further explore at NSBM Green University. Nurasha has also completed the Operational level of CIMA.
