Aleyna Sayın

Aleyna Sayın is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector, currently serving as President of AIESEC Türkiye since August 2020. AIESEC, recognized as the world's largest youth-run organization, focuses on leadership development and cross-cultural experiences for young people. In previous roles, Aleyna has held key positions such as Head of Marketing and Public Relations, Country Product Manager, and Outgoing Global Volunteer Americas IR Manager within AIESEC, where responsibilities included project management, partnership management, and strategic planning. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Outgoing Global Volunteer and internships at both Fatih Rehberlik Servisi and Bahçelievler Rehberlik ve Araştırma Merkezi. Aleyna holds a Bachelor of Education in Psychological Counselling and Guidance from Istanbul University and studied Psychology through the Erasmus Programme at the University of Silesia in Katowice.
