Minol Jayakody

Minol Jayakody is an accomplished organizational development leader with extensive experience in various roles within AIESEC, including Vice President of Organizational Development since November 2024, and previous positions such as Country Director and National Director of Organizational Development for AIESEC in Sri Lanka. Minol has held numerous leadership roles, including Core Committee President at both local and international levels, and has contributed significantly to initiatives such as Youth4Youth and the Global Support Team of TLC 2021. An alumnus of the University of Moratuwa, Minol holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, enhancing a solid educational background that complements professional achievements.
