Women Investors' Steering Committee Member & Collaboration Project Co-chair at AIF Global

Emily Cox, CFA, CAIA, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Alternative Investments at Franklin Templeton since August 2024. Additionally, Emily is a member of the Women Investors' Steering Committee and Co-Chair of Collaboration Projects at AIF Global, an independent economic think tank focused on institutional investment policy. Between 2020 and 2024, Emily was involved in business development for Tetragon Financial Group Limited. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2020, Emily held the position of Vice President in the Institutional Client Business at BlackRock, where significant emphasis was placed on capital raising for a $178 billion alternatives platform. Earlier in their career, Emily served as an Institutional Relationship Manager at BlackRock and worked as an Analyst at a Family Office. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and Barnard College, and was also educated at Lakeside School.
