Josh Gardner

Josh Gardner is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and instruction. Currently serving as Co-Founder at AiFlow, a company that participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2023 cohort, Josh previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Alariss Global, leading a team to create an NLP-powered Talent Marketplace. At Princeton University, Josh worked as an Instructor in the Computer Science Department, where over 500 students were taught, and original instructional materials were developed. Past roles also include Presales Engineer at Laiye and Technical Product Manager and Business Development Intern at Alariss Global, where significant automation and algorithmic initiatives were implemented. Educational credentials include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Princeton University and fluency in Mandarin, further enhanced by study abroad experiences in China.
