Chantal Thrift

Chantal Thrift currently serves as the Head of Underwriting for North America Accident & Health at AIG since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chantal Thrift held various positions at Berkley Accident and Health from November 2017 to September 2024, including AVP Underwriting - Specialty Accident and Underwriting Manager in the Special Risk Division. Earlier experience includes roles at AIG, where Chantal Thrift was a Senior Underwriter and later served as the Accident & Health Underwriting Training Manager, focusing on comprehensive training initiatives. Chantal Thrift began the professional journey in 1997 and has developed expertise in underwriting high premium Accident & Health products while maintaining strict compliance standards. Education credentials include an Associate of Arts degree from Daytona State College and further studies at the University of Central Florida.
